If it's raining do you still come out?
Yes, we work year round in all types of weather.
If the weather does not permit us to work, such as snow or freezing temperatures, we will contact you by phone or email on the day of your appointment to reschedule.
Do I need to be home for my service?
You do not need to be home if your service is all outside work, because we will not need access to the inside of your home.
How will I know when you've done my estimate?
We will leave a door hanger on your front door. Your itemized estimate will be emailed to you.
How will I receive my billing?
We will email your billing to you after all services are completed. We will leave a return envelope on your front door
if you you would like to mail in payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Do you send out reminders?
Yes, you will receive a email reminder the day before your appointment. We ask that you confirm that we have a correct address and then confirm the appointment.
