Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service is performed by professional
technicians who hand squeegee the windows and then wipe down the
window frame to make sure there are no drips or runs. The soap that we
use is environmentally safe. We clean all types of glass and window styles
(except storm windows). We also clean window screens.
Gutter Cleaning We clean all gutters and downspouts and make sure your entire system is running freely. We'll let you know if we find any problems such as seams that have pulled apart, gutters coming away from the fascia board, disconnected downspouts and unlevel gutters. We try to make as little mess as possible and any mess we cause is cleaned up. We deposit the waste debris in your yard waste container or sometimes it's blended into outer areas.
Gutter Repair
We do a number of gutter repairs. Re-attaching loose gutters, re-sealing corners and other areas that are leaking, re-angle gutters that are Roof Moss Control
draining improperly, patch areas that have holes, and
add downspouts for extra drainage.
No money is better spent than on roof moss control. This is a relatively inexpensive service that can prevent you from replacing your roof, which is a tremendous expense. We apply a powder chemical (not from a local hardware store) that will work to destroy the moss all the way to the roots. We guarantee our treatments two years from date of service, but find that most last 3-4 years before any sign of moss returns. We've been doing roof moss treatments for seven years now and have had nothing but positive feedback from our customers.
Pressure Washing
We pressure wash a number of different surfaces. Driveways, walkways, sidewalks, patios, decks, curbs, paver stones, steps, stairs, cement walls, brick columns, sport courts, house siding.
